Please read the following information carefully prior to booking.

Booking

To book your space, please select your payment plan above and pay accordingly - Please note that any paymnet plan is entered into as a legally binding agreement and all payment should be completed. A booking form with further information will then be sent to you to complete via email.

Please note that travel costs and insurance are not included in the pricing and you are responsible for arranging these. We will however help you to find the best way to get to us.

Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your retreat, please inform us as soon as possible. If you cancel within 5 weeks of your travel date, the following policy applies:

*Please note that if we can sell your space, you will qualify for a full refund minus your £150 deposit and an admin fee of £50.

Travel and Cancellation Insurance

Naturally, no-one books with the intention of cancelling or postponing their retreat, but unexpected things do happen, so please purchase travel cancellation insurance once you have made your reservation.

Depending on the policy and conditions, travel cancellation insurance will pay for some or all cancellation fees.

Insurance must be purchased within 7 days of making your reservation.

Liability

We do NOT accept any liability for: Cancellations, delays or changes caused by war, threat of war, terrorist actions or threats, closure of airports, civil strife, industrial action, natural disaster, technical problems to transport, staff cancellations or other events beyond our control, participants’ medical or psychiatric conditions which may develop during or subsequent to the holiday, loss of, or damage to, personal property of participants.

Health

You will be asked to complete a screening form prior to coming on Create Retreats. Please read the information below carefully:

Non-disclosure of relevant health information, whether physical or psychiatric, can invalidate your travel insurance and cancel our contractual obligation to you. You should in any case inform us of any health issues prior to booking.

In order to avoid injury, we ask that you agree to follow all instructions given to you by your host. It being understood that any deviation by you from such instructions shall be at your own risk.

We cannot be held responsible for any injuries suffered, caused in whole or in part by failure to faithfully follow instructions.

Our retreats are not suitable if you cannot take responsibility for yourself either physically or emotionally.

By signing the screening form you confirm that you are medically and physically and in all respects fit and able to participate in this retreat.

Additional Information

While we have never cancelled a retreat, if we must cancel a specific date for any reason, you may transfer your full retreat payment to another date, or you may request a refund of your payment to us, constituting a full settlement.

Belinda Latimer Designs is not responsible for your expenses incurred in preparation for any cancelled retreat, such as transport tickets, loss of work, and/or other costs associated with preparing for your trip.

Before you book your retreat, we ask that you read and understand these terms and conditions. By completing the booking form, you will be indicating that you understand the terms and conditions of the booking.

Payment plans are a legally binding agreement between Belinda Latimer Designs and the client and all monthly payment’s must be fulfilled via the payment system taken out upon booking. (4 or 12, depending on payment plan.)

If for any reason Belinda Latimer Designs has to cancel the retreat, you will have the option to carry the payment forward to the next available retreat or have a full refund.
